BROKEN WHEAT PANEER KEBABS

Since time immemorial broken wheat (dalia) has been used as food for patients & kids but now a days due to it’s health benefits it is been used by everyone.
It is a healthy option for diet. Along with many of its health benefits it improves digestion. Dalia is a high in Protein but low in Calories, so it helps in reducing weight. Dalia is good source of energy as well as it reduces risk of high blood pressure. Till now, we made dalia khichdi, lapsi etc. Today I have tried Kebabs from Dalia. Along with Dalia, paneer & oats make this Kebab a totally healthy snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked dalia ( broken wheat)
1/2 cup grated fresh paneer
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp garlic-ginger-chilli paste
Salt to taste
Chat masala for sprinkle
Oil for shallow fry.
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients properly.
2. Grease your palms with oil & make Kebabs of your choice.
3. Now pre heat nonstick skillet, pour some oil & shallow fry kebabs from both sides on slow flame, till it cooked.
4. Sprinkle chat masala.
5. Serve hot this crispy kebabs with green chutney, ketchup or tea , coffee.
