CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH MODAK

Ganesh Chaturthi is a 10 day Hindu festival celebrated for Lord Ganesha’s Birthday. Modak is favourite of Lord Ganesha, so it is offered as Prasad.
Unlike to traditional steamed Modaks are easy to make and kids love it. With very few ingredients and with no cooking, yummy Prasad for Ganeshji is ready. Ganeshji will also be pleased with new flavour of Modak from the regular traditional modaks. Ganeshji bhi khush aur hum bhi khush.

Ingredients:
1 cup Marie biscuit powder
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup drinking chocolate
¼ condensed milk (approximately).
1 tbsp butter butterscotch balls.
3 tbsp ghee/butter
Modak mould

Method:
1. Mix biscuit powder, cocoa powder and drinking chocolate.
2. Add ghee/butter. Mix well and slowly add condensed milk as required to prepare pliable dough.
3. Now grease the Modak mould and fill the prepared dough firmly. Put few butterscotch balls in center.
4. Unmould carefully. Store in refrigerator.
Note:
1. Can use other biscuits of your choice.
