BHAKHRI OATS LADOO

All of us has had ladoos made from leftover rotis, bhakhris & rotlas in our childhood made by our mothers & grandmothers.

Today i present you the same Bhakhri ladoo with little healthy twist.

Ingredients:

1-2 leftover bhakhris

4 tbsp oats

10-12 almonds

4 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder

2 tsp poppy seeds

5-6 tbsp ghee

Method:

1.Dry roast oats & let it cool.
2. Grind bhakhri in coarse powder. Also grind oats & almonds.
3. Now in a bowl mix well all dry ingredients.
4. Now add ghee as needed. Mix well & make small ladoos.
5.Now sprinkle poppy seeds on top of them. Enjoy.
