Power Bites

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup pistachio
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
12 cut rolling oats
1 cup dates (preferably soft)
1 cup fresh rose petals
3 tbsp ghee

Method:
1. Roughly chop almonds, cashews and pistachio. Mash or grind the dates.
2. Dry roast the rolling oats.
3. Heat ghee & roast the chopped nuts. Add pumpkin seeds. Mix well and turn off the heat.
4. Once it cools down, add rolling oats & dates to the mixture of nuts.
5. Add rose petals and mix everything well.
6. Make balls from the mixture or spread and press it into a tray and cut it into small pieces.
