PAPAD PARATHA

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
2-3 roasted papad (I used udadi dal papad)
2-3 tbsp ghee
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Knead dough like a paratha by adding salt and oil.
2. Mix red chilli powder and salt in ghee
3. Crush papad coarsely.
4. Now roll a roti from the prepared dough.
5. Apply ghee mixture over one side. Now cut the rolled roti into square pieces as shown in the picture.
6. Sprinkle crushed papad on one piece. Place another piece of roti on top of it. Keep layering all the pieces with papad in between the same way. (please refer pictures.

7. Once layering is over, lightly press with hands, sprinkle some flour and roll it like a paratha.
8. Cook both the sides with ghee like a regular paratha.
9. Serve hot with any vegetable, curd, rata or aachar.
