Cranberry Detox Tea (Winter Wellness Drink)

Cranberry Detox Tea is a refreshing, antioxidant-rich beverage made by simmering tart cranberries with aromatic spices and citrus. Infused with rose tea, star anise, cinnamon, and fresh orange slices, this tea is soothing, lightly tangy, and naturally cleansing. Perfect for winter mornings or evening detox routines, it helps hydrate the body while offering warmth, comfort, and a gentle boost to immunity and digestion.

Serves: 2

1 cup dried cranberries

1 rose tea bag

2 star anise

1 small cinnamon stick

3–4 orange slices

3 cups water

Honey or jaggery (optional, to taste)

In a saucepan, add water, cranberries, star anise, cinnamon stick, and orange slices.

Bring it to a boil, then simmer on low flame for 8–10 minutes until cranberries soften and release their color.

Switch off the flame and add the rose tea bag.

Cover and let it steep for 2–3 minutes.

Strain the tea, sweeten if required, and serve warm.

Tips & Variations:

Add a few mint leaves for extra freshness.

Replace orange with lemon slices for a sharper detox flavor.

Enjoy it warm in winters or chill and serve as an infused detox drink in summer.
