Paan Mojito is a refreshing fusion drink that combines the aromatic flavors of fresh betel leaves (paan), sweet gulkand, and the tang of lemon juice with the fizzy sparkle of club soda. Perfect for summer afternoons or festive occasions, this vibrant drink is both rejuvenating and playful, offering a unique twist on the classic mojito with a distinctly Indian touch.

Ingredients :

12 fresh betel leaves (paan)

1 tbsp fresh fennel seeds

1 tbsp gulkand (rose petal preserve)

2 tbsp water (for blending)

Ice cubes as needed

1/2 tsp chaat masala

A pinch of black salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

club soda

Method:

In a blender, combine fresh betel leaves, fennel seeds, gulkand, and 2 tbsp water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the paan mixture into serving glasses. Add ice cubes generously.

Sprinkle chaat masala and black salt over the ice, then add lemon juice.

Top the glass with club soda and stir gently to mix all flavors.

Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing, uniquely Indian mojito!
