NASI GORENG

Nasi Goreng is the popular Indonesian fried rice which traditionally served with fried egg along with salad, meat satay, prawn chips etc. The word ‘Nasi’ means Rice and ‘Goreng’ means fried in Indonesian and Malaysian language. So when we combine Nasi Goreng, it literally means ‘Fried Rice’. Here I have prepared vegetarian version. I have served Tofu Satay Instead of meat satay and rice chips instead of prawn chips. I inspired and recreate this recipe from DyahWulan Bae. @iwulan_1404. My hearty thanks to her for vegetarian version.
