Chamomile or Camomile (British English)is Daisy like flowering plants of the Asteraceae family. These flowers are commonly used to make herbal infusions for beverages. Chamomile tea is a popular beverage which offers several health benefits. To make Chamomile tea, the flowers are dried and then infused in hot water. In present time, where people have become health conscious, they have diverted towards such caffeine-free teas.

Ingredients:
1 tsp Chamomile tea or one chamomile tea bag
1 cup water
Method:
1. Heat one cup water. Once it becomes hot turn off the heat.
2. Add chamomile tea and cover the pot and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
3. Then strain it and serve.
Note:
1. You can add honey and lemon after straining if you like.
