GARLIC TEA

Tea is a popular beverage consumed globally in various ways. While Indians prefer tea with milk, many other countries prefer black tea or tea with minimal milk. In India, tea is often prepared with various spices and herbs according to personal preferences and seasonal variations. Popular tea options include Masala tea, Mint tea, Cardamom tea, Ginger tea, and Lemon grass tea. Iced tea is also popular during summer.
Today, I’m sharing a recipe for Garlic tea, which can provide relief from cold symptoms.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon tea leaves
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup water
Method:
- Add water and tea leaves to a pan and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add milk and sugar. Let it boil for a few minutes.
- When the tea is almost ready, add garlic cloves and give it one or two boils. Then, turn off the heat.
- Strain and enjoy hot garlic tea.
Notes:
- You can add tea masala or other herbs of your choice to the tea.
- Adjust the milk-to-water proportion according to your preference.
