PAAN FALOODA

Falooda is a popular Indain summer drink which is prepared with basil seeds, falooda sev/vermicelli, rose syrup and milk. Apart from rose falooda,other flavours like khas, mango, strawberry, pistachio,saffron also are popular.
Today, I have prepared a Paan flavoured falooda. The fresh betel leaves gives this falooda a refreshing flavour with deliciousness.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: –
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:
For paan paste:
4-5 fresh and tender betel leaves
1 tbsp gulkand
1 tsp fennel seeds
Other ingredients:
1 tbsp condensed milk
1 glass milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp soaked basil seeds
1 tbsp cooked vermicelli
For garnishing:
Dry rose petels
Chopped betel leaves

Method:

  1. Grind each ingredients of the paan paste until it turns into a thick paste.
  2. Now blend this paste along with condensed milk and milk.
  3. Time to take a glass. Add basil seeds and vermicelli.
  4. Then pour blended milk mixture. Top it up with some ice cream.
  5. Lastly garnish with dry rose petels and chopped betel leaves.
  6. Served chilled.
    Note:
  7. You can add tooti frooti, dry fruits, if you wish.
