PUMPKIN DRUMSTICK SOUP

Soups are good appetizer, that’s why it is consumed before meals. A bowlful of healthy and filling soup can replace a mini meal or when we wish to give some rest to our stomach.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 persons
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pumpkin
4 drumsticks
1 onion
1 tomato
2-3 cloves garlic
Few mint leaves
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste.
Method:
1. Pressure cook drumsticks, pumpkin, onion and tomato with little water.
2. Then squeeze out the pulp of drumsticks. Add garlic cloves, mint leaves and grind it.
3. Add 3 cups of water ,salt and pepper. Boil it for 7-10 minutes on slow flame.
4. Serve hot.

Note:
1. Can add coriander leaves and ginger also.
