FENNEL SEEDS COOLER MIX
(VARIYALI SHARBAT MIX)

Summer started in a full swing & mercury has gone up. So, are you ready to beat the heat . As we all know fennel seeds are natural cooler as well as helps in digestion. Amongst many other traditional coolers, fennel seed juice is top of the list at my home. Generally, for making juice of fennel seeds, fennel seeds are roughly grinded & then soak in water with sugar for several times. It is preferred to soak fennel seeds to get it’s advantage properly. When roughly grinded fennel seeds used for cooler, we need to chew it in last or strain it. As we all are stuck in tight schedules , mornings are always busy. So this time to save time, I prepared fennel seeds mix to make it easy as well as it can be consumed directly as mouth freshener too.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fennel seeds
2 cup khadi shakkar ( rock sugar crystal/ candy sugar )
1 tsp cardamom powder.
Method:
1. Make fine powder of fennel seeds & shakkar.
2. Mix cardamom powder in it. Mix well & pass through siever .

3. Tadda… Our instant mix is ready. Just soak 1 spoonful of this powder in one glass, chill & enjoy or take 1/2 tsp of this powder after meals.

Note:
1. Adjust quantity of sugar as per your taste.
2. You can add coriander seeds also.
