GARLIC TEA

Tea is consumed all around the world in different ways. We Indians prefer tea with milk while in many of other countries, people prefer black tea or tea with very less milk. We prepare tea with various spices & herbs as per our choice & season. Masala tea, cardamom tea, ginger tea, mint leaves tea etc. In summer , ice tea is also popular.
Today, I made Garlic tea , which can give relief when someone is suffering from cold.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp tea
3-4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup water.
Method:
1. Add water & tea in pan & bring it to boil.

2. Once it starts boiling ,add milk & sugar. Let it boil.
3. After few minutes, when tea is near to ready, add garlic cloves, give one or two boils & turn off the gas.

4. Strain & enjoy hot garlic tea.

Notes:
1. Can add tea masala or any other herbs you like in tea.
2. Milk- water proportion can be adjust as per your taste & choice.
