ICE GOLA / ICE POPSICLES

This juicy chilled gola is my childhood love. As soon as summer starts roadside venders are seen selling ice golas. Now days there are many other deserts are available along with gola & ice cream. As a kid & as a grown up , I love gola & then ice cream. Few years ago when mineral water ice gola were not available & as regular ice is not so hygienic, my hubby did not allow me often to have gola. So he brought Gola machine for home use. Now a days there are electric machines also available. Gola is just like slush but it is served on wooden stick ( popsicle).

Ingredients:
Ice made of size that fit in machine
Flavoured syrups of your choice.

Method:
1. Place ice in machine & prepare grated ice.
2. Put grated ice in moulds, put stick in centre & press tightly.
3. Then remove mould & pour flavoured syrup.

Note:
1. Keep ready moulds, sticks & syrups before preparing gola.
2. If you don’t have mould , can put grated ice in glass then add syrup & enjoy with spoon.
3. Can sprinkle chat masala.
