ROSE THANDAI LASSI

HOLI-DHULETI – 2 days festival of fire and colours is one of the most popular & main festival in India. It is celebrated with full joy and enthusiasm. With this upcoming festival,I would like to share a Holi special drink.

Ingredients:
1 cup thick curd
1/4 cup rose petals
1 tbsp rose syrup or Gulkand
1 tbsp thandai powder

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients and blend. If needed add water.
2. Chill, garnish with rose petals & serve.
Note:
1. Can add fresh cream too.
