PANEER JAL (WHEY) VEGETABLE SOUP.

How you use Whey(paneer jal) when you made paneer at home. In dough, in gravy.. Right..? Me also till use only in this way.. But always most of Whey wasted which is considered very healthy. This time I add vegtables in it & made soup which is yummy & healthy.

Ingredients:

2 cups Whey

1cup par boiled mix vegetables of your choice ( I add, cabbage, potato, carrot, french beans etc.)

2 tbsp 3 colour bell peppers finely chopped

1 tbsp coriander finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh mint leaves finely chopped

1tsp black pepper powdered

Salt to taste

Method:

1.Add vegetables & salt in whey & let it boil for few mins.
2. Then add black pepper powder & bell peppers.
3. After few second turn off gas.
4.Top up with mint & coriander. Serve hot.
