GULKAND – SANDAL COOLER

When summer is showing it colours, all of us fall under red-yellow-orange alert. To protect ourselves from heat wave & keep ourselves hydrated is main aim. More liquids, watery fruits & vegetables are easy remedy for protecting our self from dehydration. Rose & Sandal are natural coolants. This easy & quick cooler will make us cool.

Ingredients:
4 tbsp Gulkand (Rose petal jam)
1 tbsp sandal powder
8-10 fresh rose petals
Silver leaf/ varakh/ virk
Method:
1. Add two glasses of water in gulkand & sandal powder.
2. Blend it & pass through strainer.
3. Chill it.
4. At the time of serving, add crushed ice, few rose petals & pour chilled cooler & top up with little silver leaf & serve.
