BEET GINGER LEMONADE

This healthy cooler contains beet- good for hemoglobin, coriander – good for eyes, ginger – good for digestion , lemon – good source for vitamin C.. All in all this yummy drink is total health pack in this season.

Ing
redients:
1 medium size beetroot
1 cup finely chopped coriander
1″ ginger
1 lemon
1 tbsp palm sugar
Salt to taste.
Method:
1. Clean, peel & chop beetroot.
2. Mix all ingredients & blend it nicely.
3. Strain it & serve chilled.
Note:
1. Can add black pepper powder & cumin seed powder.
2. Can replace salt to black salt.
3. Can add fresh mint leaves too.
