BANANA PANCAKES ( FASTING)

Pancakes are favourite breakfast in continental cuisine. It is served with maple syrup, honey or chocolate syrup. Basically it is made of all purpose flour. Here I used Falahaari flour( fasting flour) (market bought) which are combination of some fasting ingredients. With very few ingredients, this quick fasting recipe will make your fast yummy for sure.

Ingredients:
2 bananas( properly ripen)
1 cup milk
1 cup fasting flour
2 tbsp almond flour/powder
4 tbsp ghee for cooking
1 tbsp sugar (optional)

For sprinkle & serve: (optional)
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
1/2 tbsp pistachio slices
1 tbsp powdered sugar.

Method:
1. Blend banana & milk properly. If you want sweet, add sugar while blending.
2. Add both flour & mix well & make batter. If needed add more milk.
3. Cover & keep aside this batter for 15 minutes.
4. Then add cardamom powder & mix well.
5. Now in preheated non stick tava pour batter to make pancake. Add few drops of ghee around pancake.
6. Once it cooks on one side flip it & add few drops of ghee & cook.
7. Now sprinkle cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar & pistachio slices whichever you wish.
8. Serve hot.
