CHIA VEGGIE SMOOTHIE

Chia Veggie Smoothie is perfect healthy & power pack breakfast. Along with vegetables it contains SUPER FOOD Chia seeds & Coconut Sugar. We all are aware of Chia seed’s health benefits. It contains Omega-3, dietary fiber, protein & antioxidants . It’s vegan source of Omega-3 . So just a spoonful of chia seeds a day is an easy way to support digestive system & satiate your appetite. Coconut sugar is low glycemic & contain nutrients like 16 vital Amino acids, Potassium, Calcium, Magnacium & Zinc. We can use coconut sugar same way & in same ratio of regular cane sugar.
Ing:
1 small beetroot
1 cucumber
1 carrot
10-15 spinach leaves
1 lemon
1″ piece ginger
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1tsp black salt.
Method:
1. Clean, peel & grate beetroot, cucumber & carrot. Clean & chop spinach leaves & ginger.
2. Now in a blender, add grated vegetables, chia seeds, coconut sugar, lemon juice, black salt & blend it in smoothie form.
3. If needed add plain water or coconut water.
4. Serve chilled.
Notes:
1. You can add or replace your choice of vegetables.
2. Also can add some fruits also.
3. Using coconut water make smoothie more yummy & healthy.
